The West Virginia Supreme Court upheld a decision to deny medical benefits and an additional compensable condition to a worker with a history of back issues before an on-the-job fall. An electrician working for Brooks Run South Mining, identified in court documents by his initials M.H., suffered injuries in a fall in November 2019.
