Landscaper Charged with $28,000 Fraud

A Quincy landscaper has been indicted on charges that he collected more than $28,000 in workers’ compensation benefits while working under a false identity, Attorney General Martha Coakley announced.According to the allegations, Paulo DaSilva, 53, suffered a work-related injury in August 2010 and began collecting total temporary disability payments.
