Maryland Insurance Commissioner Therese M. Goldsmith on Thursday asked the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund (IWIF) and other property and casualty insurers to extend grace periods to policyholders to allow for late premium payments in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.Goldsmith said in a regulatory bulletin that Maryland Gov.
