A building contractor is accused of exposing workers in West Virginia to the risk of falls of as much as 22 feet and is facing proposed penalties of $121,800 from the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
Winesburg Builders Ltd. of Millersburg, Ohio, was cited by OSHA on March 28 for two willful, two repeat and three serious safety violations.
