Max Compensation Payable is $917 per Week, L&I Announces

The maximum compensation payable for injuries occurring in 2013 is $917 per week, the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry reported. The department announced in the Pennsylvania Bulletin last week that the maximum compensation payable under the Workers' Compensation Act is $917 per week for injuries occurring on and after Jan. 1, 2013.
