Sewer Company Fined $184K After Worker's Death

A Minnesota sewer company is facing $184,100 in fines following the death of a worker who became entangled in sewer lining equipment. Visu-Sewer Inc. received citations for three willful violations from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Occupational Safety and Health Division.
