Mediation Director Honored With IAIABC's NextGen Award

Brian Holmes, director of mediation and ombudsman services for the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, has received a NextGen award from the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions. Holmes has worked at the BWC since 2004 and helps guide policy decisions. He leads 24 mediators and five ombudsmen in educating the public and resolving workers’ compensation claims, the agency said.
