Case: Rivera v. 26 W. 56 LLC, No. 2023-07647, 08/20/2025, published. Facts: Nancy Rivera worked for Alba Services Inc., a subcontractor on a building renovation project. Abeco Construction LLC was the general contractor, and 26 W. 56 LLC was the property owner.
