A Columbus television station, NBC4, pressed state Bureau of Workers’ Compensation administrator Stephen Buehrer Wednesday on whether the BWC would appeal a May 15 appellate court ruling that found that “a cabal of BWC bureaucrats” had rigged rates.Buehrer said he was still reviewing his options.
