MedRisk launched a patient advocacy program to help injured workers navigate the process of diagnostic imaging and physical rehabilitative services.
The program assigns a case manager to an injured employee who is taught what could be expected while getting diagnostic imaging done, a process that some are unaware of, according to MedRisk.
