Lawyer: Self-Insured Plan for State Workers Puts Taxpayers at Risk for Millions

Despite a state attorney general’s opinion that says otherwise, a lawyer is challenging Oklahoma’s workers’ compensation plan for state employees, saying it is illegal and could put taxpayers at risk for millions of dollars in fines.
