MLAC, Lawmakers Reviewing proposed Changes to Attorney Fees Today

Oregon lawmakers are scheduled today to debate a contentious bill that would allow attorneys to be paid an hourly rate for representing injured workers, but the heavy lifting will likely occur during today's meeting of the Management-Labor Advisory Committee. The advisory committee has not yet signed off on House Bill 2764, a bill by Rep.
