Investor's Suit over Comp Insurance Fraud Heads to N.Y.

An Arizona doctor's lawsuit against the former members of the board of directors for a now-defunct bank in Manhattan for their alleged roles in defrauding him through a workers' compensation insurance investment scheme is being sent to a federal trial court in New York.
