Court Finds No Ambiguity in Doctor's Certification of Worker as PTD

An Ohio appellate court ruled that there was no ambiguity about whether a doctor had considered non-compensable conditions in assigning an impairment rating to a worker when the doctor properly identified the compensable conditions and explicitly concluded that the worker was permanently and totally disabled.
