San Diego WCAB Presiding Judge to Speak at 1st AIP Luncheon of the Year

Clifford Levy, the presiding judge of the San Diego Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, will speak at the first educational luncheon of the Association of Insurance Professionals of the year. Levy has been a WCAB presiding judge for 10 years, according to his LinkedIn profile. In 2013, he presided over a medical billing dispute case involving ambulatory surgery centers where he issued a determination of reasonable fees for arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgeries as well as epidural adhesions.
