In widespread media news yesterday it was announced that beleaguered California State Insurance Commissioner submitted his resignation from office, effective July 10.
This development was not unexpected by industry observers considering the turn-coat damaging testimony by Department lawyers just days ago before the Assembly Insurance Committee where even hard-line Republicans couldn't believe what they were hearing prompting bi-partisan calls for this action.
