Lawmakers: Work Comp Fix Requires Surgical Strike

A surgical strike, not sweeping reforms, will be needed to dull the impact of two Florida Supreme Court decisions that triggered a double-digit workers' comp rate increase, a Senate leader and a state representative said Wednesday.
