An Atlanta-area woman faces multiple criminal charges after investigators with the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation concluded she had used her daughter's identity to get a job at a Wendy's restaurant and continued the ruse after breaking her leg and filing a workers' compensation claim. The board said that 53-year-old Tina Marie Hamilton of Fairburn used the name of her daughter, Vandesseca Hamilton, when she applied for work at a Wendy's in Atlanta.
