Perlungher Named new Law Clerk for IC Chairman Heath

The North Carolina Industrial Commission has named Thomas Perlungher as the next law clerk for commission Chairman Andrew Heath, the commission announced. Perlungher has served as Commissioner Danny Lee McDonald’s law clerk since 2010. Before that, he worked as a hearing officer for the state’s Division of Employment Security. From 2004 to 2008, he was an assistant district attorney in North Carolina’s 8th District, prosecuting cases in Wayne, Lenoir and Greene counties.
