The Arkansas Court of Appeals overturned a decision by the Workers' Compensation Commission finding that the statute of limitations had run with respect to a worker’s claim for additional permanent partial disability benefits. Richard Cosner worked as a sales representative for C&J Forms and Labels Co. He suffered injuries in a car accident in December 2001.
