Worker With History of Mental Health Issues Can Seek Benefits for Worsening Condition

The South Carolina Court of Appeals last week revived an injured worker's claim for benefits for an alleged psychological condition caused by her pain from a decade-old back injury. While the court acknowledged Sara Wilson had a history of anxiety and depression, it said she could seek additional compensation for her worsening mental health.
