FMA Supporting Provider Manual Changes despite Costs that Require Legislative Approval

The Florida Medical Association is standing behind proposed changes to the state’s physician fee schedule despite the Division of Workers’ Compensation finding the costs of the revisions will require legislative approval. The division is proposing to adopt by reference changes to the Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual and the Ambulatory Surgical Center Reimbursement Manual.
