HCA has acquired Urgent Care Extra’s 14 walk-in medical centers in the Las Vegas area, the company announced on Monday.
HCA officials said the urgent care centers will complement HCA’s Sunrise Health System in Las Vegas, which consists of four hospitals and four surgery centers. The purchase of HCA’s Nevada operations includes six additional urgent care centers that are under development in the market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
