Deja Wu: Judge Who Halted Lien Activation Fee 'Inclined' to Block Lien Stays

The federal judge who enjoined the California Division of Workers’ Compensation from collecting lien activation fees in 2013 said last week that he is “inclined” to prohibit the division from staying liens filed by providers who have been accused of fraud and other crimes relating to the practice of medicine.
