Arizona's Industrial Commission on Monday reduced to 10 from 30 days the time an injured worker has to provide additional wage information.
Before determining an injured worker's average monthly wage, the ICA's Claims Division sends the injured worker a letter of explanation and the carrier or self-insured employer's Average Monthly Wage Calculation Sheet. The letter instructs the injured worker to review the recommended wage and the calculation sheet and submit additional pay information within 30 days, if necessary.
