Kemper to Assist with Superior

The WorkComp Executive reported on 4/6/00 that Kemper Insurance Cos. is replacing Centre Insurance Co. as the 'cut-through' reinsurer for Superior National Group. Kemper will underwrite the agreement, and lend management assistance to the companies. According the Executive, Kemper is also interested in long-term rehabilitation of Superior.
