IMMS 02/07/00: Humana Inc.'s announcement that it will sell its Workers Compensation Services (WCS) unit through a management buyout effectively removes it from the Workers Comp field. The company did not disclose terms of the transaction. The sale is the company's second divestiture of a Workers Comp unit in a month.
