The co-owner and manager of Johnston Medical Supply was ordered to pay $68,000 in restitution to Arizona’s largest workers’ compensation carrier after pleading guilty to falsifying invoices for durable medical equipment.
CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Co. said in a statement that it provided the U.S. Attorney’s Office with records showing Rebecca Louise Holly submitted falsified vendor invoices to the carrier and was paid tens of thousands of dollars that she was not entitled to as a result.
