The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration will be taking its database server offline to make upgrades to ensure that the system can handle an increased number of users.
Different parts of the system will go offline from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on three days in May.
On May 1, the division will upgrade the database server that handles inpatient hospital data and annual expenditure reports. On May 2, the electronic database interchange server will be down for four hours for upgrades. And on May 4, the electronic case-filing database server will be offline for upgrades.
