Worker Gets Mandamus Relief From Denial of TTD for Psychological Condition

An Ohio appellate court granted mandamus relief to a worker who was denied temporary total disability benefits for her compensable psychological injury. Chiyana Henry worked as a juvenile detention officer for Cuyahoga County. She suffered injuries in December 2020 when she was attacked by an inmate.
