Industrial Commission Proposes Package of Rule Revisions

The Idaho Industrial Commission is proposing rules that would eliminate time requirements for peace officers to request reimbursement from a dedicated fund, improve worker notification about benefits and claim status, and reflect the delayed implementation of electronic reporting requirements.
