A federal judge is preparing to throw out complaints accusing Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Cos., Zenith Insurance Co. and a pair of investigators of hacking into the computer system of a client intake company to obtain records about California workers’ compensation applicants.
U.S. District Judge Andrew J. Guilford on Monday issued a tentative order dismissing one complaint filed by Hector Casillas, and another filed by Adela Gonzales and Tomas Montano, for failure to state a proper claim for relief.
