U.S. HealthWorks Buys 4 Occ-Med Clinics in Seattle Area

U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group announced Monday that it acquired four of the five Health Force Occupational Medicine Centers in the Seattle area, bringing its total footprint to 128 medical centers nationwide and 17 in Washington state.The Valencia, Calif.-based occupational medicine provider purchased medical centers in Tukwila, Everett, Paine Field, and Seattle.
