Alleged Machinery Hazards Bring Plant $51,000 in Fines

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued four safety citations, with fines totaling $51,000, to Colfor Manufacturing for alleged violations involving machinery at its Malvern, Ohio, facility.The company manufactures automotive parts using hot and cold forging methods.
