Anesthesiologist Charged With Murder in Death of QME

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has charged an anesthesiologist with murder for allegedly administering a lethal dose of Demerol to Dr. Mark Greenspan following a surgical procedure in September. Greenspan, a well-know qualified medical evaluator in California’s workers’ compensation system, went into cardiac arrest and died shortly after the injection.
