The North Carolina Industrial Commission announced that William B. Wallace was appointed to serve as deputy commissioner, starting March 13.
At the same time, the agency announced that Gov. Roy Cooper reappointed Philip A. Baddour III to serve a second six-year term as a commissioner.
Wallace began practicing workers’ compensation law in 1998, and he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in workers’ compensation cases, the commission said in a statement.
