Employer Entitled to Reimbursement From BWC

The Ohio Court of Claims ruled that an employer that voluntarily paid benefits to an injured employee until it was determined that the employee was entitled to benefits, was itself entitled to reimbursement from the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.
