Two Contractors Plead Guilty to Failing to Provide WC Insurance

Two Monterey County contractors pleaded guilty this week to failing to obtain workers' compensation insurance and other charges, the county District Attorney's Office announced Thursday. Matthew Cunningham, 61, of Felton, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of failing to provide coverage and also a misdemeanor charge of contracting without a license, District Attorney Dean D. Flippo's office said in a press release.
