CWCI Backs up DWC Numbers on IMR Approval Rates, Geographic Distribution

The California Workers' Compensation Institute has released a report on the way the independent medical-review system worked in 2014. The report, which CWCI released Saturday, shows much of the same information the Division of Workers' Compensation has released, including an upheld rate of about 91%.
