A framing contractor in Auburn has been cited for allegedly failing to provide fall protection to employees working at heights of more than 11 feet.
The company, Omar Garcia, has been cited five times since 2015 for failing to provide fall protection to employees, according to the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
In the most recent incident, on Oct. 4, OSHA inspectors spotted employees working without fall protection as they installed wall studs on the second level of a home under construction in Pike Road, Alabama.
