Diabetic Worker Fails to Give Employer Timely Constructive Notice of Injury

The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania overturned a finding that a diabetic worker had given his employer adequate constructive notice that his emergency foot surgery was work-related. When Shawn Woodhouse began working for The Hershey Co. in May 2017, he had a history of diabetic neuropathy.
