A bill that would exclude time spent resolving medical treatment disputes from the cap on temporary disability duration is among a handful of work comp bills on the agenda when the California Senate Appropriations Committee meets Friday.
The committee is also scheduled to vote on measures addressing first responder death benefits, post-traumatic stress disorder coverage for nurses, and work comp coverage requirements for contractors.
