Helmsman Management Services to Acquire Eberle Vivian

Helmsman Management Services, Liberty Mutual's wholly owned third-party administrator, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire Eberle Vivian Inc., a regional TPA serving the Pacific Northwest. Eberle Vivian was launched in 1986 to offer boutique workers’ compensation claims administration for self-insured employers in Washington state. The company grew to become the second largest administrator of those programs and expanded its services into Oregon and Alaska. The company is based in Kent, Washington.
