Committee Rejects Proposal to Exclude Undocumented Workers From Comp System

The Senate Committee on Insurance and Financial Institutions has rejected a proposal that would have prohibited undocumented workers from receiving workers' compensation benefits.  The proposal had been attached to Substitute House Bill 27, the workers' compensation budget bill, by Rep.
