A former worker for the New Mexico Public Education Department is suing his former employer for allegedly failing to accommodate an industrial illness caused by exposure to toxins in the agency's headquarters, the Albuquerque Journal reports.
Norman Vigil says in his lawsuit filed with the Santa Fe District Court on Dec. 31 that the Public Education Department refused to move him from his office in the basement of the Jerry Apodaca Building in Santa Fe to another facility.
