Electrician Accused of Double-Double Dipping

A Bay Area electrician is accused of working for three different employers while drawing temporary disability benefits for separate claims filed against two carriers, the California Department of Insurance said Thursday. The department said 34-year-old Michael Williams of Daly City was arrested last week on 21 felony counts of insurance fraud and grand theft.  Investigators say Williams was injured at work in November 2014 and filed a claim with State Compensation Insurance Fund.
