Gov. to Sign Reform Bill Today

California Gov. Jerry Brown announced that he will sign SB 863 today at separate signing ceremonies in San Diego and Burbank.Brown will be joined by Senate President pro Tem Darrell Steinberg, D-Sacramento, and Assembly Speaker John A. Perez, D-Los Angeles, as well as business and labor leaders when he signs the reform measure.Lawmakers passed SB 863 on the last day of the legislative session. The bill, co-authored by Sen.
