SWCB Releases Updated Claimant Information Packet

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board has released a new Claimant Information Packet that contains expanded information about what a claimant should do after an on-the-job injury. The packet provides basic information about filing a workers' compensation claim and includes the board's Employee Claim Form (C-3) and a Limited Release of Medical Information form (C-3.3) The board said the new packet also: Adds information about reimbursement for necessary travel expenses.
