Board Announces New Process to Update Claimant Information

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board created a new form as part of a change to the process used to update claimants' information. The new Form OC-966, "Claimant Name and Address Form," should be submitted directly to the carrier, third-party administrator or self-insured employer, the board said.
