Court Orders WC Board to Determine if Worker Falsified Record on Appeal

A New York appellate court sent a worker's appeal of the denial of his comp claim back to the Workers' Compensation Board to determine if the worker had submitted a "true and correct" version of the record to the court. Case: Matter of Levine v. Health First, No. 520904, 06/16/2016, published. Facts: Rodney Levine, a Health First employee, filed a claim for benefits based on an alleged injury in 2011.
